We arrived around 11:00pm and called before to make sure we can access. We received a PIN Code but the Keypad was not working. We called the number posted but nobody answered. Luckily, after 30minutes a waitress left the hotel, letting us in. The reason for the negative review - we have been told that it was our fault as we typed to slow or fast and that the keypad works. Anyway - we have even recorded videos clearly showing it does not work. The management did not care. To top this - we have invited our family for the breakfast the next morning and made a reservation - the next morning we have been told that it is for hotel guests only, leaving us with our family in a great situation. Never again!
Love the room and the location. It's in center if Bludenz. Good noise proof windows. Interior and exterior are well thought of. Only navigating inside the hotel to rooms may be a bit challenging because multiple buildings are interconnect. Would love to stay again here.
Lovely boutique hotel right in the center of Bludenz. Charming building with lots of character and attention to detail. Very clean. Bigger than you expect inside. We had a big room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. Really comfy. Trendy restaurant with really good food made fresh with locally sourced ingredients. Rooms around 200 a night.
We made an online reservation to ensure we had a table for brunch, but there was enough space so we did not need to reserve.
We were greeted and seated immediately. The food portions are a bit random. I ordered the one with udon soup (turned out to be vermicelli noodles in a chicken broth), and the egg dish it came with felt like 6 scrambled eggs on the plate - wayyyy too much 😅 I felt bad for not finishing but my friends also could not finish their dishes.
The stairs to the washroom were funny - there was a sign saying do not step on the last step. You have to walk through a wine cellar in order to enter the washroom.
All in all, we enjoyed our food and would come here again.
We were unexpectedly surprised by this lovely venue. We booked this hotel to only have a have a short drive to our ski destination and were only looking for a place to spend the night. If we would have only known how wonderful, everything …
We were there for dinner twice and were very happy with the food, service, and ambiance. Food was at very high quality, out of 8 dishes only one was so-so, everything else was excellent. Service was super-friendly and professional. The atmosphere is excellent, both at the outside patio (which has a nice view of the city center street) and in the (modern-classic) interior. Not the cheapest option but great value for money in my view.
Some comments were critical on the few vegetarian/vegan options. I agree that the menu in general is small (hence also the veggie options) but this is usually the case in good restaurants in my view. If you look for a place that offers everything from pizza, local food, to burgers, this is not the place to go ;-)
We have been here several times. The place are modern and they have a nice terrace on the street. The food and beverages are good, the service as well. I recommend the place. I will come back.
Friendly and welcoming host. Central location is very convenient and the available secure parking is only a few minutes walk. Very comfortable room, both bed and couch very comfortable. Excellent hotel breakfast.
